Jewelry Inspection
Does your insured have a jewelry item that needs to be inspected to determine the extent of the damage? At Delmonte-Smelson Jewelers, we offer full inspection of jewelry in the New York Metro area.
Our jewelers are on-site Monday-Friday (and Saturday by appointment) in our RXR Plaza showroom. However, if your local insured can’t visit us, we can arrange a home or office visit.
For an out-of-state inspection, we can arrange a no-hassle, fully insured shipment to deliver your insured’s jewelry item to our office.
Replacements
Is your insured interested in replacing a lost or stolen item or in repairing one that’s damaged? Our master craftsman jewelers will gladly work one on one with your insured to recreate lost, stolen or damaged jewelry. No job is too big or too small! And with our vast diamond and gemstone inventory, replacing jewelry is quick and effortless.

We offer on-site pick up of salvaged items in the New York metro area. For out-of-area items, we provide fully-insured shipping labels for pickup and delivery of the pieces.
